Shipping

We do our very best to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. We rely on this number for information on the package’s location throughout the shipping process. If you have any questions about the timeline of your order, please email us at holler@gitchiadventuregoods.com

Currently we ship only to the U.S. and Canada, but we'd love to hear from you directly if you're looking for an international shipment. Please email us with details of what you're looking for.

We don't believe it's right for companies to profit from shipping, so we try to keep your costs true to the actual shipping costs while also using flat rates that are easy to understand.  We'll ship your package using the following rates:

Within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $3.00 - $5.00. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air at a flat rate of $25.00 (for lighter shipments) or $35.00 (for heavier shipments). Estimated delivery is 2 business days. 

To Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS at a flat rate of $25.00 (for lighter shipments) or $30.00 (for heavier shipments). Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the second shipment.


Exchanges or Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, it's a-ok to exchange or return it. We offer a 30-day exchange/return policy, which starts 30 days from the day you receive your order. We only ask that the returned/exchanged items be in new condition, just as you received them.

To make an exchange or return: 

1. Please fill out the form below and submit it to us electronically.

2. Mail your purchased item(s) back to us using any shipping method with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping your package back to us, or for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the exchange/return process.

3. Once we receive your item(s), we will process the exchange/refund.

In the case of an exchange, we will gladly cover the expense of shipping the new item(s) to you; we will not cover shipping for additional exchanges. In the case of a return, you will receive a full refund, less the shipping charges, credited back to your original method of payment.


Damaged/Lost Orders

We take careful precaution to ensure that all items arrive at their destination safe and sound, but from time to time misfortunes can happen along the way. Because all of our items are shipped with a tracking number, we rely on this number for information on the package’s location throughout the shipping process, including delivery date. If you do not receive your order as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We want work with you to figure out what happened and remedy the issue as best we can.
